Saturday 17 December

9.30am – 5.30pm
Gravesend Community Sqaure

A magical princess and superhero parade will round off our Christmas events for this year. Capes, tiaras, masks and magic wands – everyone can get involved to make our final event fun-filled and festive.

Everyone can experience the magic of Christmas as it casts its spell across Gravesend on Saturday 17 December. On one of the last proper shopping days before the big day the town centre will be bursting with princesses and superheroes of all kinds.
We’re encouraging boys and girls to dress as their favourite characters. Think Elsa, Belle, Spiderman or Superman. Your favourite superheroes and princesses, provided courtesy of Hire A Hero and Tiddlywinks Party Time, will be gathering on the Community Square at 3pm to meet the crowds and all children who dress up will be entered into a raffle with a super prize for the person who draws the winning ticket!

Everyone is invited to then take part in a magical parade following Cinderella’s carriage and princesses down Windmill Street to New Road ending in a carol sing-along with the crowd. There’s also much more in store throughout the day including No Limits Street Band, choirs, carol
singing and The Salvation Army.
