Riders must be able to cycle and be aged 16 years+. This course enables riders to cycle skilfully and
confidently, and contributes to more people cycling,
more safely, more often.
The first part of this course will be delivered in a motor free traffic environment then will progress to real single lane roads and simple junctions with mostly moderate motor traffic flows (where riders encounter vehicles with progressively greater frequency) and prepares
riders for Road Smart Part 2 of the course.
