Big kids are us is a weekly family session where the whole can get active together in a safe, fun and relaxed environment. These sessions are designed to keep the whole family active without the pressure of serious exercise.
Activities may include games such as rounders, tag, and general sports hall games. On occasion, inflatables may also be available for extra fun.
